Aircraft on Ground (A.O.G) Services 
Our “Aircraft on Ground” (AOG) dedicated service supports Airlines, Aircraft Manufactures, Aviation Parts Companies, Maintenance Facilities and Airline Out-Bases, along with Minimum Equipment List (M.E.L) and Maintenance / Overhaul work.
The shipping and transport of parts to get an aircraft back into service, and prevent further delays or cancellations of the planned itinerary can be a complex, and can require a number of methods of transport through road and air.
As the aviation parts and materials are needed urgently for an aircraft to return to service and back to schedule, our “AOG Desk” works with our own transport fleet and approved Air Carriers and Partners, we provide real time updates and status during the whole process for planning and immediate return to service. Our global capability has an extensive approved partner network in over 100 countries and 800 cities
We operate this service 24/7 and use all modes and methods of transport necessary to get the part or parts delivered, and use dedicated vehicles at each end of the journey or dedicated vehicle from collection to delivery, also personal “On Board” courier with a part if necessary. We can manage a small part and equipment to larger structural pieces and engines utilising larger trucks along with dedicated Aircraft Charter Availability.
We have the necessary experience to understand the dimensional restrictions of each commercial and cargo only airline (C.A.O.) and understand the exact vehicle and aircraft suitable to requirements.
